To design a website for a fast-growing recruitment agency that accurately represents their bold, modern brand and appeals to both skilled job seekers and employers across the construction, trades, and engineering sectors.

Creative Process

1. Research
I conducted in-depth research on Lynx Recruitment’s values, competitors, and audience to better understand their positioning within the recruitment space.

2. Sketching
Using insights from the research phase, I sketched out initial website concepts to explore a range of design directions.

3. Digital Design
Based on feedback from the client, I developed several digital concepts in Adobe Illustrator, focusing on bold, clean visuals and user-friendly layouts.

4. Refinement
The selected design was refined over several iterations, ensuring it stayed true to Lynx’s brand identity while also optimizing for usability and responsiveness.

5. Finalization
The final website design was delivered in multiple formats and developed in Webflow for easy content management and future scalability.

Results

The new website successfully captured Lynx Recruitment’s brand values and resonated with their target market. Post-launch, the business reported increased website traffic, stronger engagement across digital channels, and greater client confidence in their online presence.
