Creative Process

1. Research
We began by researching the equipment hire industry, reviewing MCM’s competitors and understanding their customer journey—from discovery to booking.

2. Sketching
Initial concepts focused on clarity, strong visuals, and a simple user experience—especially on mobile where most customers browse.

3. Digital Design
I designed a clean, professional layout in Figma that highlights equipment categories, featured items, and makes it easy to submit hire enquiries.

4. eCommerce Setup
We built a streamlined online store using Webflow’s CMS and eCommerce tools, allowing MCM to showcase equipment with pricing, specs, and enquiry options.

5. Refinement
We refined layout spacing, call-to-actions, and the booking flow to reduce friction and improve the experience for both residential and commercial customers.

6. Finalization
The site was developed with a modular CMS, making it easy for the MCM team to update inventory and receive enquiries directly.
